Playing small is SO not sexy!

I am so bored with running the same old programs, reacting with the same old conditioned responses, reliving patterns that I’ve lived a million times before – patterns of fright, of inadequacy, of struggle, & of “what if I don’t achieve my dreams, what will I make it mean about me ?”

How many times have I moaned to myself “ oh isn’t this hard ?, “I don’t know what to do”, “I’m not good enough”, “I’m losing belief …”

I’m so bored with running the same old patterns, thinking the same old thoughts & hoping for a different outcome, & with that same old crappy mindset that got me here but won’t get me there.

And when I'm focused on the problems, the challenges, hanging out in this low energy, low frequency state, I forget how amazing I’m really doing, how much I’ve really grown, of all the fabulous work I’ve done & am doing to move forward in my life to make my boldest visions come true & take others with me so they can make their boldest visions come true too. 

My job …

… Is to keep backing myself, to keep trusting myself, to keep holding my vision, no matter what comes up.

… Is to focus on what I need to do & who I need to be, knowing in myself that I am already creating the success I want & am already making the impact I was born to make.

… And to hold on to the conviction of who I am and what I’m here for, and show up in my best state, & energy, expanded and lit up, as I'm meant to be.

When coming from the victim state, from lack, from scarcity, from, “am I enough ?”, well, that energy is SO not attractive & SO not sexy & while it’s familiar and comfortable and lots of us hang out there in truth it serves no one & robs us of our best.

We are here for more than that.

Playing small, dimming our own lights because we don’t want to outshine others is so not sexy.

So that’s my commitment – to bring in my sexiest energy, knowing who I am and the difference I’m here to make and the power I have to inspire and motivate others through my speaking & stories & energy so they impact and ripple out to millions and billions of people.  THAT is the energy that is attractive and sexy, and THAT is the energy we need to hold and focus on. 

And any time my ego come in to suck me down, get into my head and talk me out of it… THAT is what I have to banish too, because we are all better than that, you & I.

So no more hiding in little boxes & covering our heads & thinking “boo-hoo it’s all too hard”.

Let's live our truths, speak our truths, & trust that our words & energy will ripple out & elevate everyone.

I'm on the road now, speaking around the country. I can't imagine what may unfold as I travel & trust but it's exciting !!
